Green peeled pistachio kernel
Blanched (peeled) Pistachio Kernels is also
known as Green Kernels . The immature kernels
contain a large amount of chlorophyll pigments-
which yield the intense green color. It is mainly
used in chocolate, pastry, ice cream and
sausage industries.
Grades:
The density of green color of the kernel determines
the grade of the kernel as follows:

- Grade S: dense dark green
- Grade A: dark green
- Grade B: light green
- Grade C: light green & yellowish green
- Grade D: yellowish green
- Grade F: splits & crushed

Packaging:

The kernels are packed in different size, weights and
shapes according to our customers order from 200g to
15KG vacuum bags inside carton boxes.

Since the green peeled pistachio kernel is very sensitive
to the direct sun lights, we suggest to pack the kernels
into metallized vacuums to maximize the shelf life both in
color and quality.
